Two of the Trollbeads artisans' top creations, the "Wisdom" bead and the "Three Flowers" bead, are available in both 18 karat gold and in sterling silver. The "Wisdom" bead is remarkable in that there are five hand-set semi-precious stones encircling the bead. Each stone, among them amethyst, opal, and garnet, has a meaning; when combined together, the stones are said to give the bearer wisdom.
